Creating magic with the Queen of Pop. We kicked things off by developing the lead choreography for the chorus — building rhythmical, catchy motifs drawn from social grooves and funk styles. From there, we broke the routine into fragmented sections that unfolded across the video, building from just a few dancers on the floor into a full-cast crescendo. The movement needed to feel pure joy. Set on a vibrant, colour-drenched dancefloor, our dancers were joined by magical hologram counterparts — a device that added an otherworldly shimmer while creating the illusion of a packed club. Kylie reigned as the Disco Queen at the centre of it all, wielding a giant disco stick that summoned the holograms and swept the room into a kaleidoscope of colour with every command. For Kylie's solo moments, we built the choreography around a golden throne, focusing on hypnotic, gestural hand work that drew the eye in close. Playing off the lyric "do you believe in magic," the movement landed somewhere between sexy and classy, laced with a spellbinding energy designed to make you believe that yes, real magic can be made on the dance floor.
