To announce his first season with Ferrari, Lewis recreated the garage valet scene from Ferris Bueller's Day Off, inserting himself shot-for-shot into the 1986 original alongside Edward Norton. My job was matching movement to a frame of film that millions of people know by heart, where nearly right reads as wrong. Lewis committed to that precision completely, and watching him obsess over the details was its own kind of joy. The film landed everywhere within hours of going up.
